Blackbaud engineers continue to address an issue that is affecting a small subset of our customers who use Luminate Online/Raiser's Edge Integration. Customers may be unable to sync data. Please note that this does not affect donations, transactions or other aspects of the applications. Our engineers continue work to deploy a fix that will re-mediate the issue. We are working to restore this service as soon as possible. We will provide an update Saturday morning at 10am ET or earlier if one becomes available.
