Blackbaud engineers have applied a hot fix to Smart Tuition parent site to restore services to within acceptable tolerances. We will continue to monitor services to ensure the issue has been resolved and will provide an update at 1:00PM ET

Our Engineers continue to troubleshoot an issue impacting some of our Smart Tuition customers when using the shopping cart feature on the parent site. This issue has no impact to tuition payments or donations. Our engineers are diligently working to resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible.
