As previously reported, we identified an issue where a very small subset of new or expired users who reset their password may receive an error or are unable to login. We have identified a workaround to address the issue while we investigate a permanent fix to implement. Please note this only affects users who do not use on-house account management. We have identified a workaround to address the issue while we investigate a permanent fix to the problem. Please note this only affects users who do not use on-house account management.
