Engineers continue working to resolve several issues occurring related to recording of consent records in Online Express. This includes Opt-Out sync becoming disabled when leaving the plugin; unsubscribe events not adhering to solicit code business rules, and duplicate consent records created for consent events. Users may also see the error: “The incoming request has too many parameters” when opening the plugin. Next update will be provided on Tuesday 12/06/2022 at 3 PM ET.
