We are aware that the affected products are not displaying an updated status for some general purpose emails sent between last night, July 15th at 10:10 PM ET and today, July 16th at 9:55 AM ET. These emails delivered normally but the status does not indicate this in the product at this time. Only customers in the US were impacted.
New emails sent after 9:55 AM ET this morning are not affected. We are investigating the cause of the issue and a solution to update the status of the affected emails to correctly reflect that they were sent.
No action is needed at this time. These emails do not need to be re-sent. As significant updates become available, we will post again.
