We have identified an issue impacting a subset of our European customers, causing errors when attempting to log in to various products via Blackbaud.com or direct product links. Customer may see a green pulsing dot when attempting to log in and the page does not load. Our engineers have diagnosed the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
