We have identified an issue impacting a subset of customers when attempting to generate the pre-payment report during payment processing. Our engineers are working on a fix to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Workaround: Users are able to generate the pre-payment report in database view. More information can be found in https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/206489
