We are experiencing improved system response and reduced errors for Blackbaud customers. However, the symptoms noted below may still occur intermittently as work continues. Amazon has reported improvements in their recovery efforts, but has not given a full restoration timeline for this outage. Our teams will focus on monitoring changes to their incident status and any impact to Blackbaud customers overnight. We will provide another update on this page by 9:30 a.m. ET on October 21, 2025.
