We have identified an issue impacting a subset Online Express customers based in our European datacentre. Customer are receiving a Script Error message when looking to access the Online Express plugin within Raiser's Edge database view. The error message will appear each time a new tab is selected, however selecting Yes, allows users to work within that tab. This issue is not donor impacting. Our engineers are working to diagnose the cause and provide a resolution. Please continue to reference this page for updates. The next update will be 4/19/2024 at 9:00 AM EST.
