Monitoring
Due to a recent patch, Blackbaud engineers will perform a full refresh on the data for lists and reports in RE NXT. As a result, it is possible that over the next 48 hours some RE NXT customers may experience periods of latency when accessing lists and reports from both the web view UI as well as to calls to list and search endpoints made to SKY API.
