Update
The vendor issue that has been identified impacts a subset of customers capturing card-present transactions with magnetic swipe readers. This issue does not impact MobilePay Terminal, WisePOS E, or BlueFin devices. As a workaround, users can manually key in their payment details. Our engineers are investigating the issue and will provide updates here.
