Our engineers have deployed a fix that has resolved the issue impacting Raiser's Edge/Financial Edge integrated customers hosted in our international datacenters. We have identified an issue impacting Raiser's Edge customers that are hosted in international data centers that is causing Fund records to have incorrect or missing data when attempting to post to the Financial Edge General Ledger. Our engineers have determined the root cause and are currently testing the resolution. While we evaluate next steps, please do not update GL Distributions on Fund Records. The next update will be on 7/19/2024 at 11:00 AM EST.
