We have identified that users experiencing the "Unable to Connect" error in Payment Terminal have recently received a browser update to Google Chrome 142. We are investigating the impact of this update further. Please continue to reference this page for updates.

We are aware of an issue impacting Altru customers who are experiencing a response of 'Unable to Connect' while utilizing Payment Terminals while operating in a Google Chrome browser. While we investigate this behavior, switching to Microsoft Edge browsers resolves the issue.
