Customers and donors may encounter the error "an error has occurred" when attempting to donate or process gifts via batch or payment gateway portal. Blackbaud Online Giving forms are not impacted. Our engineers are still working to diagnose the cause so that they can resolve it as quickly as possible for you. Please continue to reference this page for updates.
