We have resolved the issue previously impacting a subset of customers using the Luminate Online Partner API integration. Impacted transactions can now be retried through an LO capture call reinitiated by the Luminate Partner API to resolve and complete these payments that were previously authorized and did not complete via the Payments API.

We have identified an issue impacting a subset of customers using the Luminate Online Partner API integration. Users are seeing payments not complete after authorization. This is limited to integrations using the SKY Payments API for authorizations.
