Users may receive one or more notification emails for gifts made on donation forms, but the gifts do not appear yet in Gift Management. Please note that the donations are successful for the end user, the issue only occurs when adding the gifts to Gift Management. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible for you. Please continue to reference this page for updates.
