We are receiving reports that no Merchant Accounts are visible when attempting to process a credit card transaction directly from a record in the back office. Payments can be processed through Advance Sales and Webforms with no issue. Our engineers continue diagnosing the event and are working to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
