Monitoring - At around 8 pm ET on April 16, our engineers implemented a fix and slowly released a subset of emails that were queued up within Luminate Online. Once no errors were observed, email tasks were enabled around 9:20 pm ET and emails that were paused after 10:30 am ET on April 15 were queued and began sending. Email service has been restored for Luminate Online and we will continue to monitor.

Update - Our engineers will continue to investigate and try to resolve this issue overnight. All Luminate Online email sends as of 10:30 am ET on April 15 remain paused. Email tasks with a “Generated Audience” status are being held in a queue and can be rescheduled if a customer chooses, but won't be sent until after the incident is resolved. Email tasks with a “Awaiting Delivery Statistics” status or another error message have either been sent or will fail. You can reference KB Article #97124 to determine email task status. We will update this page again when the issue is resolved or a fix has been created or by 9 a.m. ET on April 17. Please continue to reference this page for updates.
